Cottage rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday/ With some long weekends in the fall
Quiet time is 10:00 pm.
Fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen on the wall.
Garbage information is posted on refrigerator.
Garbage must be disposed of at the Old Forge Transfer Station located next to the McCauley Mountain Ski Center in clear plastic bags.
Garbage that is left behind will result in a $25.00/ bag charge.
Do not leave garbage or food outside. It attracts wildlife, especially bears.
After using the grill, please clean it.
Cottage must be left the way it was found.
Five overnight guests maximum- extra guests will result in additional costs.
Friends and family welcome during the day.
Campfires are not allowed during windy or dry conditions.
Do not take sticks or branches from the surrounding woods – firewood can be purchased locally.
Do not peel bark from trees.
No pets allowed.
Feeding the deer is illegal.
Any damage to camp or property will be your responsibility.
No smoking inside the cottage.
